Manchmal grüble ich darüber nach das wir immer öfter davon Hören wie Wichtig die Natur ist und auch davon die Augen zu öffnen da unser Planet auf keinem guten Weg sei. Die Artenvielfalt befindet sich in ernsten Schwierigkeiten, #savingthepollinators, #savingthebees… aber erscheint es euch auch eher als Gemurmel? Wie etwas das sich weit entfernt befindet? Wie etwas das uns nicht betrifft? Du lebst dein Leben, hast deine tägliche Routine und trotz anhaltender Pandemie geht es dir im großen und ganzen gut… und so weiter. Deshalb erscheint es wie ein Gemurmel im Hintergrund das man nur von Zeit zu Zeit wahrnimmt, und was soll ein einzelner schon ausrichten können? Nun, du kannst viel beitragen und du kannst den Unterschied ausmachen, denn… es gibt viele Wege die Bienen zu unterstützen!

Wie kann ich eine Veränderung bewirken??

Um weiter als nur bis zum Hashtag zu gehen und wirklich etwas zu tun, musst du kein Imker sein oder eine Besessenheit für Bestäuber entwickeln. Ich kann allerdings verstehen das es zuerst so wirken kann. Als ob es ein Thema für nur wenige Naturliebhaber wäre. Oder, du willst wirklich etwas tun und es gibt andere Gründe wie „Ich kann keine Bienenfreundlichen Pflanzen pflanzen, da ich keinen Garten habe!“, „Leider habe ich nicht genug Zeit um mich um Bienen zu kümmern!“ oder „Ich habe zwar einen Garten aber keinen grünen Daumen und ich mag mich auch nicht um Pflanzen kümmern!“… also, was sind die anderen Wege um Bienen zu unterstützen?

et voilá!

Ich habe ziemlich viel darüber nachgedacht. Denn, um ehrlich zu sein, habe ich mir selbst genau diese Fragen gestellt. Wir werden nahezu überschwemmt von Nachrichten über die Umwelt, die meisten davon in einem katastrophalen Ton. Leider sind die möglichen Problemlösungen nicht annähernd so Zahlreich vertreten. Ist dies dir auch schon aufgefallen? Das macht es einfacher sich hilflos und von den Handlungen anderer abhängig zu fühlen. Dabei verliert man auch schnell dieses Hintergründige Murmeln aus den Gedanken. Wie dem auch sei, ich glaube und ich weiß das wir einen Unterschied bewirken können. Wenn wir es wollen, ist nichts unmöglich! Am wichtigsten ist es damit an einem Punkt zu beginnen. Dafür möchte ich dir hier ein paar Möglichkeiten aufzeigen die Bienen zu unterstützen, und nicht nur die! So wie der Flügelschlag eines Schmetterlings den Ozean bewegen kann! Diese Wege können nicht nur die Bienen unterstützen sondern alle Bestäuber und damit der ganzen Artenvielfalt. Dadurch helfen wir natürlich auch unserem Planeten, sorgen für eine Intakte Natur, für unsere Zukunft und die unserer Kinder!

  • sorge für eine Wasserquelle: wir haben schon darüber gesprochen, Bienen brauchen Wasser, sie brauchen es für ihre Brut. Also ist es essenziell um den Superorganismus zu stärken. Dabei musst du auch nicht übertreiben, eine kleine Schale mit ein paar Holzstückchen oder Korken reicht völlig aus. Allerdings solltest du das Wasser täglich erneuern.
  • Belasse einen teil deines gartens unberührt: Wenn du einen Garten hast wäre es gut einen kleinen Teil davon sich selbst zu überlassen. Ich meine damit das du in diesem Teil absolut nichts machen musst – das ist leicht, nicht wahr? Warum? Fragst du dich? Nun, es wird zu einer kleinen hundertprozentigen natürlichen Oase. Es mag dir nicht Besonders erscheinen und doch werden die Bienen und die Natur als Ganzes es zu schätzen wissen. Ganz besonders wenn du dich ansonsten gut um deinen Garten kümmerst denn damit greifst du in die Natur ein, selbst wenn du es nicht wirklich bemerken solltest. Du hast Einfluss auf den natürlichen Lebensraum einiger Tiere die du vielleicht nicht einmal kennst oder besonders magst. Doch auch deren Existenz ist Wichtig und hat einen Zweck von dem du sogar profitieren kannst. Deshalb hilft eine kleine naturbelassene Oase, sie hat eine ausgleichende Wirkung auf die Einflussnahme in ihre Balance.
  • Töte keine Bienen: ‚Eine Bieneeeee, Hilfe! gib mir meinen Schuh…‚… Warum?? Denk daran das Bienen nur zur Selbstverteidigung stechen. Tatsächlich stirbt sie davon sogar. Glaubst du nicht ach das sie deshalb andere Prioritäten hat als dich zu stechen? Leben und leben lassen!
  • verwende keine Pestizide: Vermeide die Nutzung von Pestiziden, Fungiziden oder anderen chemischen Substanzen auf deiner Farm oder in deinem Garten. Nicht nur das du damit auf lange Sicht deinen Boden verdirbst und damit auch deine Ernte, ist es auch sehr gefährlich für alle Arten der Bestäuber. Es gibt viele natürliche und biologische Alternativen dazu. Zum Beispiel nutzen wir einen Sud aus Wasser und Brennnessel – nichts anderes – und es funktioniert sehr gut. Doch auch Eierschalen und Kaffeepulverreste bereichern deinen Boden… Also, ja zum wegwerfen, allerdings in deinen Garten. 🙂
  • Kaufe Honig regional und von dem Imker deines Vertrauens: unterstütze die Imker von denen du weißt wie sie arbeiten und das sie sich um ihre Bienen gut kümmern. Das ist eine große Verantwortung – auch auf einer sozialen Ebene – es sollte anerkannt und gewürdigt werden. Lege Wert auf Qualität!
  • Kaufe Früchte und Gemüse regional: Auch in diesem Fall solltest du versuchen regionale und saisonale Produkte zu kaufen. Du weißt woher sie kommen, vielleicht sogar wie sich darum gekümmert wird und du kannst Pestizide vermeiden. Viele große Produzenten (welche höchstwahrscheinlich Pestizide zur Ertragssteigerung verwenden) nutzen Flugzeuge und Schiffe – welche die Verschmutzung weiter voran treiben – um dir außerhalb der Saison billige Nahrung anzubieten. Meist mit niedriger Qualität. Denk darüber nach, macht das Sinn? Genieße lieber regionale und saisonale Früchte und Gemüse. Du wirst es nicht bereuen… auch das macht einen Unterschied, denk daran!
  • Lass keine zuckerhaltigen Speisen oder Getränke herum stehen: In einem Webinar das ich besuchte wurde gezeigt das Laboratorien Spuren von Coca-Cola in Honigproben nachweisen konnten. Ich war davon sehr schockiert. Bienen werden von Zucker geradezu magisch angezogen und sie sammeln ihn nahezu Willkürlich ein. Ganz besonders dann wenn die Natur gerade nicht so viel davon anbietet. Ganz davon abgesehen das wir keine Coca-Cola oder Eistee Reste in unserem Honig wissen wollen, sind diese Zucker sehr ungesund für unsere Freunde die Bienen
  • Stelle ein Insektenhotel auf: Dies ist etwas das auch wir noch nicht haben. Noch nicht! Wir wollen selbst eines bauen. 🙂 Doch auch ein kleines, einfaches und gekauftes erfüllt seinen Zweck. Biete den Bestäubern ein Hotel – Schutz! Es erfordert nicht so viel Aufwand und benötigt wenig Platz. Also kannst du eines ohne Probleme haben und hast etwas mehr getan um zu helfen. Sie sind auch hilfreich um Kinder neugierig zu machen und sie für dieses Thema zu sensibilisieren.
  • Pflanze bienenfreundliche Blumen und Pflanzen: Wenn dich dieser Punkt interessiert können wir dir empfehlen dich hier einmal umzusehen.
  • Lies Bücher, Zeitschriften und Blog’s zu diesem Thema: Du hast das recht informiert zu werden und zu informieren. Erfahre mehr darüber auf welchen wegen du die Bienen unterstützen kannst um die Artenvielfalt zu erhalten. Dies wird dir auch helfen einen weiteren Überblick und tieferes Verständnis für dieses Thema zu erhalten. ( Du, genau du der du diesen Blog liest: Wir Danken dir von ganzem Herzen)
  • Dokumentationen und Imkerkurse: Bildung ist sehr Wichtig. Je nach deinen Interessen gibt es nahezu unendlich viele Möglichkeiten mehr zu erfahren (in der heutigen Zeit: auch und vor allem Online). Zum Beispiel folge ich den Webinaren der Apicoltura Italiana webinar (dem Italienischen Imkerbund). Für nur 20€ im Jahr kann ich an allen Kursen teilnehmen und bereits erfolgte oder verpasste Kurse jederzeit als Video nachholen. Eins interessanter als das andere.
  • Sprich darüber: Es klingt vielleicht Banal, doch genau das vermisse ich oft. Sprich über Bienen, Befruchter und Artenvielfalt mit Freunden, Verwandten, finde Wege die Bienen zu unterstützen, suche Rezepte mit Honig, finde und bestimme Befruchter in der Natur, experimentiere und teile Nachrichten sowie Bilder… Je öfter du davon sprichst umso mehr Menschen verstehen die Notwendigkeit etwas zu tun,
  • involviere die Verwaltungen und schlage Ihnen Projekte vor: Einwohner zu sein heißt auch sich persönlich einzubringen. Das Gefühl der zivilen Verantwortung gegenüber der Umgebung deines Wohnortes. Projekte dieser Art einfach nur vorzuschlagen kann bereits einen Unterschied bewirken. Die Verwaltung deines Wohnortes hat die besten Möglichkeiten die Bienen zu unterstützen. Du vielleicht auch, indem du diesen Artikel mit ihnen teilst. 🙂 Das könnte ein wichtiger erster Schritt sein.
